Shipping policy

This policy explains how Major Pool Supplies, Inc. (MajorPoolSupplies.com) ships orders, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to expect for freight and international deliveries.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated from the weight and dimensions of your items and the delivery location. They are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

CARRIERS
Most orders ship by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or the U.S. Postal Service.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Orders, or parts of orders, that are too large or heavy for FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or the U.S. Postal Service ship by freight carrier.
- Freight items are delivered to a commercially zoned business address, as determined by the freight delivery company.
- If you want a freight item delivered to a residential or other non-commercial address, you are responsible for any additional carrier charges, such as a lift gate, forklift, or extra personnel to move the product.
- In rare cases, a neighborhood may not have enough room for a large truck to enter or turn around, and delivery may need special handling.
- To request residential freight delivery and find out what it may cost, call us at 1 (800) 409-3153. Whenever possible, we will tell you about any additional shipping costs and get your approval in advance.
Please note that products shipped by freight are not eligible for return. See our Refund and Return Policy.

PROCESSING TIME
We aim to ship every order within 72 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays. This is not always possible, for example when a product is unavailable or an unexpected problem arises.
If part of your order is backordered, we will usually ship the items that are in stock and send the rest as soon as they are available. If you would rather not wait for a backordered item, let us know and we can substitute another product or cancel that item for a refund.

DELIVERY TIMES
We do not warrant or guarantee a delivery date or time. Delivery schedules are set by the shipping companies we use, and holidays and severe weather can cause delays.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If it is damaged, refuse the delivery, have the carrier return it to us, and notify us right away. Accepting a damaged shipment waives your right to a replacement or refund for that damage. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available for an additional charge, quoted per order. To request an international shipping quote, email Products@MajorPoolSupplies.com. Products shipped internationally are not eligible for return.
