Shipments are generally calculated\ based on the weight, dimensions and the delivery location..

Orders or portion of orders that are too large or heavy that cannot be sent by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground or US Post Office will be shipped by freight. These items will need to be sent to a commercially zoned business as determined by the freight delivery company. In the even you wish for the freight item to be delivered to a non-commercially zoned delivery address you will be responsible for fees and charges as charged by the carrier for a lift gate, forklift or additional people to maneuver the product/s. In some rare instances, there might not be enough room for a large truck to enter or turn around in your neighborhood which means getting the products to your "door" may require special handling. To request a freight delivery to a residence and to find out what the additional cost might be, please call (832) 501-1209. We will advise you of any additional shipping costs and get your consent in advance whenever possible.

We intend to ship all orders within 72 hours (except weekends and holidays) of receiving your order but this is not always possible for reasons including products availability and unanticipated problems.

MajorPoolSupplies.com does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date or time as this is set in accordance with the schedules of the shipping companies used.

International shipping is available to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout by USPS (such as Priority Mail International) based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Products shipped internationally are not eligible for return.

FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE USA

For delivery addresses outside the United States and its territories, the buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and related fees assessed on the shipment. These charges may be collected by customs or by the shipping carrier (if applicable), are not included in our product prices or shipping charges, and are not collected at checkout.

The United States and its territories include the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
