SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Major Pool Supplies, Inc. (MajorPoolSupplies.com).

What you'll receive. When you call us at (832) 501-1209 and ask our automated phone assistant to text you a link, we send you that link: a link to a product page or a checkout link for the item you asked about. We only text you after you say yes on the call. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How often. Message frequency varies. You only get the texts you ask for, usually one or two per call.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you ask us to on a future call. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

Help. Reply HELP to any text for help, email Products@MajorPoolSupplies.com, or call (832) 501-1209.

Consent is optional. You don't need to agree to texts to buy from us. If you'd rather not get a text, we can email the link instead.

Links. Our texts only contain links to our own website, majorpoolsupplies.com. A checkout link opens our secure Shopify checkout with the item already added; nothing is charged until you complete checkout yourself.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://majorpoolsupplies.com/policies/privacy-policy.
