Azure pH Decreaser lowers the pH and the total alkalinity of swimming pool water. The ideal pH range is 7.4 – 7.6. A pH in this range will allow your sanitizer to work effectively, reduce equipment corrosion, reduce eye irritation and reduce skin dryness.

• It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
• This product (sodium bisulfate) will lower the pH and total alkalinity of pool water. Maintain pH in the range of 7.2-7.8 and total alkalinity of 80-120 ppm. Read all precautions before use. Broadcast this product over the deepest part of the pool. In shallow pools (4 ft. or less) dissolve product in a pail of water before adding to pool. Always add product into water.
• Measure the pH of pool water with a test kit.
• Use the table shown to determine the correct amount of this product

• Add 2 lbs. of this product for each 10,000 gal. of water in pool to lower alkalinity 10 ppm.
• Keep the circulation pump running.
• Add this product in one spot at the deep end of the pool>
• DO NOT apply near walls and metal mixtures.
• Repeat each day until desired alkalinity is reached.
