This Is The 4 Hole Faceplate Used On The Hayward Sp-1408 Vinyl Liner Inlet Fitting This Will Also Fit A Number Of Other Inlet Fittings Material: White Abs Plastic This Is Round With 4 Evenly Spaced Holes On The Front And 4 Slots On The Back. The 4 Screw Holes Are 1/4" And Have Countersinks That Are 15/32" Diameter The 4 Screw Holes Are 2-9/16" Apart On The Centerline From One Hole To The Opposite Hole.
